Hearth Embers (Tlexochtli)

Tlexochtli. Live coals raked from your own Tlecuilli and packed in their ash, still breathing when you blow on them. Fire is carried, never bought - the way the New Fire is carried from the mountain to every hearth. Under the dead sun there is one cold hearth waiting for them: the Echo Calpulli's. Light it, and the dead of the Second Sun keep watch over that ground; the Shadow will not hunt there.
